Our Nursery ministry is called "Sparks" and serves children from newborn through age 2. We encourage parents to utilize this ministry so that they may freely participate in the services. Sparks is available during every service.
Our Children's Church has two seperate areas of ministry available during every service. "Flame" serves children ages 3 through 6 and "Blaze" serves children ages 7 through 12. These ministries teach children the foundational truths of God's Word in power-filled, fun-packed services.
Our Youth ministry called "Revolution" meets Friday nights from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and serves teenagers from ages 13 through 18. From weekly praise & preaching to monthly concerts and summer camp, your teenagers will experience God's touch while discovering their purpose attending these power-packed services.
Our College and Career ministry, "Crossfire", meets once a month and is dedicated to serving college age and career- minded adults. Check the calendar for times and locations.
Our Foudations Class is a 4 week-long study that meets every Sunday evening starting from 6:00 p.m. to 6:45 p.m. This ministry is dedicated to teaching the basics beliefs of our church and is designed specifically for new believers or new members.
We believe that a friendly face and a warm greeting are the basis to building a meaningful relationship with congregants and visitors alike. Your true church experience at Prevailing Faith starts from the Greeters at the door and continues through the worship and the Word.
Our Usher's ministry is a true Helps ministry. They assist with the seating, prayer line, visitors, the offering, the altar service and anything else someone might need before, during or even after a service.
The Bible says that God will answer a prayer that is prayed by two people who agree with God's Word. If you have a prayer need, our prayer partners invite you to pray with them during a specially dedicated time of the service.
We believe praise and worship is essential for a person to experience a healthy Christian lifestyle. We also believe that God moves through anointed music. Our music is upbeat, contemporary and full of the Word of God. We invite you to come and experience God's presence through songs of praise and heartfelt worship during every service.
Our Audio department manages the sound board for our live services and also produces the audio CDs of the messages that are available after each service.
The Media department produces a weekly television broadcast that is shown in the Houston area on TBN and DAYSTAR. We also offer the programs for viewing on our Web site and a free podcast that is available through iTunes. The Media department also handles the Ministry's Web site and publications.
Prevailing Faith Church believes in fulfilling the Great Commission. We support various ministries around the world dedicated to evangelizing the lost, orphans and prisoners. God is moving throughout the world and we are seeing thousands come to Christ each year because of the faithful support of God's people through the Missions ministry at Prevailing Faith.
